Polyurethane Deck Coating and Railing Repair

EMI installed approximately 15,000 square feet of epoxy/urethane deck coating to the top and sides of all of the balconies. All railings were removed and reinstalled with new base plates and wedge anchors. Railings were coated with a recoatable epoxy primer and a Hi-Solids polyurethane. Additional work included the removal and replacement of sealant at all of the precast panels and window frame joints (approximately 25,000 l.f.) and the cleaning and waterproo ing of all of the exposed aggregate pre-cast (40,000 s.f.).
