Parapet Repair & Structural Steel Repair

Rusting steel lintels on this early 20th century midrise structure caused serious defelection of the outer wythe of brickwork from the top floor windows to the rooftop parapet cap stones. Eugene Matthews worked closely with the owner and their structural engineer to repair and replace lintels and structural steel. This work included replacement of supporting steel for the full width of the wall.
