Municipal Building in Chicago Western Suburb

This municipal building is located in Chicago's western suburbs. All elevations were powerwashed with a heavy-duty restoration cleaner. 3,500 lineal feet of expansion joint was removed and replaced with Sonolastic NP-2 and primer. Spalled concrete panels were patched and rust spots were cleaned with ferrous stain remover. Eugene Matthews then painted 35,000 s.f. of pre-cast concrete panels with Sonneborn Colorflex.
