Mid Rise Apartment Building

This notable mid-rise apartment complex is located on Chicago's north side. Complete care was taken in completing all masonry repairs including the dismantling and rebuilding of the East Elevation parapets, including limestone balustrade replacement. Work also included tuckpointing and replacement of window lintels and damaged bricks. Additional work involved resetting a cornice stone weighing over 1000 pounds.
