4 Story Hospital

This 4-story masonry hospital located in Barrington needed approximately 6500 lineal feet of sealant replacement on its South and East Elevations from the Ground Floor through its 4th Floor and Penthouses. All existing sealant was removed at the 2nd- 4th floors at window or vent frame perimeter-to-masonry joints. EMI installed new soft cell backer rod and caulk where needed. Sealant and backer rods were also replaced at approximately 20 narrow non-moving window panels while similar work was done at all South and East penthouses, windows, vents, doors, and expansion joints. 350 square feet of spot pointing and tuckpointing were done to complete this project.
