Park Ridge Polyurethane Deck Coating

The responsibility of this facility is to supply temperature controlled oxygen to one of the largest hospitals in the Chicago Metroland area. EMI was contracted to rebuild the masonry parapet wall adjacent to oxygen lines without interrupting oxygen flow to surgical suites. EMI then applied a deck coating and waterproofing material to the chiller fan deck, chiller masonry walls and finally the exterior side of the round concrete fan shells.
