Cincinnatti Downtown Building

Eugene Matthews was retained by the owner of the building to provide a "Contractor's Assessment" of the condition of the exterior masonry elements of the structure. This report allowed for the Owner and the Owner's Engineer to develop a realistic budget and timeline for the work, prior to the development of general bid specifications.
