Cincinnatti Apartment Building

The first phase of this project required EMI to facilitate the inspection of the building by a licensed Structural Engineer. The second phase involved the repair of areas noted in the engineer’s report. This work included the rebuilding of significant areas of the façade, including the installation of new supplemental structural steel at the areas of the work.
