Suburban Chicago Hotel

This precast constructed seven story suburban Chicago hotel required sealant removal and replacement at all precast to precast exterior wall joints, precast to aluminum window frame joints, as well as at the window frame to frame mullion joints. Various areas of the precast were also patched utilizing a polymer modified repair mortar. Finally, the seventh floor precast panels were cleaned and power washed.
