57 Story Granite Building

This 57-story granite building, located in the heart of Chicago's Loop, is the 50th tallest building in the world. Over the years, both horizontal and vertical sealant joints dried and cracked, causing water to penetrate through the façade. Eugene Matthews removed and replaced over 32,000 lineal feet of defective silicone sealant on the north and west elevations of the building.
