• Thousands of feet of concrete wet saw cutting with associated water containment and run off management.
• Removed 4000 square ft of deteriorated concrete.
• Installed 2 tons of supplemental steel.
• Complete replacement or nearly complete replacement of dozens of balconies
• Scarified all balcony surfaces and installed new waterproofing coatings.
• Replaced existing railings with new railing systems.
• Cut and installed new horizontal expansion joints at all corners of the building.
• Removed and replaced 6000 lineal ft of sealant at all window perimeters.
• Hundreds of brick replaced.
