This historic 1920s office structure required a variety of repairs on the north and east elevations, including the limestone returns at the west and south elevations.

EMI first had to remove all loose and spalling limestone and previous failed stone patches. Three sample limestone repair materials were installed to match the color and texture of the existing stone. Then, existing mortar from all joints within the work area were ground out with the joints then cleaned and repointed with Type O mortar installed in multiple lifts.

Finally, all windows were re-caulked at the window frame to limestone joints.
