27,000 Lineal Feet of Wet Glazing

This project involved 24,200 lineal feet of window-to-masonry and shelf angle sealant as well as 27,000 lineal feet of window wet glazing. EMI also removed and replaced 1200 lineal feet of expansion joints. The Project also required 1000 lineal feet of tuckpointing. The unusual balcony design created the need for unique rigging and work access systems. The customer also required that the work be completed with minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
